Support staff and moderators are not automatically included, but can be flexibly booked in addition. Depending on the event format, scope and desired experience, we are happy to recommend the appropriate support, which is clearly stated in the offer.

Our special events are suitable for a wide range of occasions, including company celebrations, team events, summer parties, Christmas parties, anniversaries, trade fairs, customer events and private celebrations such as birthdays or weddings. Thanks to their modular design, the special events can be flexibly adapted to different event formats, target groups and locations.
For setup, we require a level, easily accessible area, sufficient space for the modules booked and, depending on the event, a power connection. It is also important to have a delivery point near the event area. We will coordinate the exact requirements with you in advance to ensure that setup runs smoothly.
